Qualitative Facility Coordinator - Toronto Office

The ideal candidate is able to create long-lasting client relationships. A professional and personable approach to meeting strict client deadlines will require a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. The incumbent will work in a team setting, reporting to the Vice President, Field Operations from our Toronto office.

Some of the main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordination of all aspects of Focus Group set-up
  • Facility management
  • Coordination of personnel resources
  • Stock/supplies inventory
  • Interaction with clients in a professional and focused approach
  • Administration responsibilities for the Toronto facility and projects


  • Proven leadership skills through previous supervisor/coordinator experience
  • High-level of attention to detail and ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively by prioritizing and planning ahead
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook


  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Experience using audio/visual equipment including projectors and DVD recorders
  • Experience working as a Qualitative Research Host
