The incumbent will work in a team setting, reporting to the Vice President, Field Operations from our Toronto office.
Some of the main responsibilities of this position include:

Coordination of all aspects of Focus Group set-up

Facility management

Coordination of personnel resources

Stock/supplies inventory

Interaction with clients in a professional and focused approach

Administration responsibilities for the Toronto facility and projects
Requirements:

Proven leadership skills through previous supervisor/coordinator experience

High-level of attention to detail and ability to meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines

Excellent organizational skills
-
Ability to manage time effectively by prioritizing and planning ahead

Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Assets:

Bilingual (English and French)

Experience using audio/visual equipment including projectors and DVD recorders

Experience working as a Qualitative Research Host
